These terms govern your use of Chatly's dashboard, chat widget and related services (the "Service"). By creating a workspace, you agree to them.
You're responsible for the content your team and your AI agent send through Chatly, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for your visitors' and customers' data that you choose to store in your workspace. You must have the right to collect any personal data your chat widget gathers from your own website visitors.
You won't use Chatly to send spam, unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. Sign-up attempts that fail our fraud checks may be blocked or reviewed.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe. Unpaid workspaces are given a grace period before being moved to the free plan. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance.
You may delete your workspace or account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that our fraud detection flags as high-risk, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced in the dashboard.
